Laying the foundation for what would later become a successful career in real estate, Geoff’s first foray into home building began with the basics: slinging two-by-fours in a local lumberyard at age sixteen. A Hermosa Beach native, Geoff bought and flipped his first duplex at twenty-five, had a string of successes in the construction industry, spent twenty-four years as a business owner running a building components retail showroom, and served for nine years on the Hermosa Beach Planning Commission.
Today, Geoff is a seasoned Santa Barbara veteran with over thirty-seven years of real estate experience under his belt. His vast construction knowledge and numerous transactions in residential and commercial properties ensure a seamless process for clients, from liaising with contractors, to passing inspections, navigating contracts, and negotiating sales.
Known for excellence, partnership, and personal service, Geoff has a knack for listening to his client’s needs and developing creative solutions to help achieve their goals.
Staying abreast of current construction trends and eco-friendly standards, Geoff brings vast knowledge of sustainable practices. He earned the LEED Accredited Professional designation from the US Green Building Council and CSBA Certified Sustainable Building Advisor designation.
Finding sanctuary in Santa Barbara in 2012, Geoff and his wife have made the Mesa home. Residing steps from Shoreline Park, come weekend you’ll find Geoff jogging on the beach, surfing Leadbetter during the occasional swell, or sailing his 18-foot Hobie Cat on the open ocean.
