Originally from Las Cruces, NM Eugene lived between Colorado and New Mexico all of his life. Eugene Played nationally top ten ranked rugby from 1990-2000. In 1992, Eugene began a career in Resort Property Management. The next five years in Steamboat Springs, Colorado furthered his passion to become a Realty Investment Broker. Heathman became a full - time Realty Investment Broker in 2002. His areas of expertise range from residential to multi-family and commercial investment realty transactions. Eugene has consistently led his organizations in volume and gross commission production. Eugene is a distance learning student at Eastern New Mexico University pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree and is pursuing the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Eugene’s recent accomplishments include conservation oriented Master Planned Community Development and secondary market small business investment brokerage. He has become acutely involved in planning and developing low density, green standard of living in Central and Southern New Mexico. The Camino Real is a historic trade route which has followed the mighty Rio Grande River for centuries, from El Paso, TX.
