Biography

I have a great knowledge of real estate transactions after being involved in over 700 real estate sales in the last 19 years. I have a dynamic marketing approach for selling properties in the Lake Minnetonka area and Western Suburbs of Minneapolis. Whether buying or selling, I only represents my clients interests in their side of the transaction.

I has been involved in many renovation projects, and I can provide ideas on remodeling or staging a home for sale. For buyers, I can help with providing contractors to estimate remodeling or repair costs. My wife Cheryl and I have lived in Deephaven, Minnetonka, Wayzata, Shorewood, Plymouth and Minneapolis. Our daughters have attended Deephaven Elementary, Minnetonka Middle School East, and Minnetonka HS. I have coached and managed Tonka youth hockey and soccer club teams. I also play weekly in a Men's Hockey league.
