David and his wife Allison, who was born and raised in Jackson Hole, live in East Jackson in a home they built out of a reclaimed Wyoming snow fence. David grew up in the midwest and graduated from the University of Wyoming. He was the longest-serving executive director of Jackson Hole’s non-profit non-motorized trail and pathway organization Friends of Pathways and in 2014, he was re-appointed to Town of Jackson's Planning Commission and will be working on adopting updated development regulations to implement the Teton County master plan.
