Dave Gardner is the Owner/Managing Broker of Results Realty of Colorado. Dave has been a licensed Realtor in Colorado since May 1986. He has two National Designations, GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Having sold over 2,500 residential properties (homes and land) in his career, Dave brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to any real estate transaction.
