Cory Kalinoff is proud to be a part of Coldwell Banker Realty with offices in Carmel Rancho, Carmel By The Sea, and Pacific Grove on the Monterey Peninsula of Northern California Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty, he earned his degree in computer security and networking. Cory assisted many Central California homeowners and rental properties as a network installer and telecommunications field technician and found he enjoyed chatting with homeowners about their stories and the work they had put into their properties.
Cory’s grandmother grew up right on Hamilton Avenue in Seaside in the ‘40s and ‘50s, and his family has been living in the Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito county areas in the years since. Cory left the area as a young man to start his military service, and returned home to the Monterey Peninsula in 2010 where he invested in a property in Seaside and has been renovating ever since. Renovations and remodels have been a major part of Cory’s life, flipping family properties not just locally, but in the Central Valley, San Jose and Sacramento as well.

When Cory is not previewing properties or assisting clients, he loves spending time with his family, taking his daughter to the beach, hiking for the views, biking around town, and staying fit with martial arts. He also participates in a youth and adult hockey league.
