I've been selling resort homes in the prestigious communities of Highlands, Cashiers and Lake Toxaway, North Carolina full time since 1986. I know this market better than anyone. I've also served as President of the Highlands Cashiers Board of REALTORS, and have served as a state director of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS. Originally from Virginia, I have lived on Hilton Head Island for the last 16 years.
