With over 8 years of real estate sales, investment and development experience, Chris has been involved in excess of $1B of transactions, including residential, office/retail, industrial and multi-family acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. He currently focuses his time and energy assisting clients with their residential sales and investment needs.
Prior to joining Compass, Chris co-founded CS2 Capital Partners, a boutique Real Estate Investment Advisory, as well as worked in asset management and finance at Sterling Bay. At Sterling Bay, Chris focused on the acquisitions and developments of large-scale commercial, multi-family, and industrial assets throughout Chicago. During his tenure at Sterling Bay, Chris was responsible for underwriting and the asset management of over $900MM of real estate assets, most notably the $510MM acquisition of the Groupon HQ (600 W Chicago Ave) and development of McDonalds Global HQ in Chicago.
Prior to Sterling Bay, Chris was a member of the asset management and finance team at Cedar Street Capital, focused on the portfolio management of over $250MM of multi-family investments and developments throughout Chicago.
Chris is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and member of YREP. Chris received his degree from Trinity College, Hartford with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics.
