Carol Hall - Real Estate Agent

Carol started her real estate career in the Bay Area at Clay Herman Realtor in Burlingame. She obtained her real estate Sales Person license in 1996, and her real estate Broker’s license in 2007.  In 2019, she joined Compass with the Clay Herman Realtor team. During the past 25+ years, Carol has assisted Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Landlords, and Renters successfully in marketing, selling, locating & purchasing, and leasing properties in the Peninsula. Carol and her husband have a son who graduated from college. While raising their child who attended schools in the Belmont/Redwood Shores school district, she was involved in organizing local school events like Multicultural Fairs, Art in Action, and Science Fairs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her favorite sport is swimming. Carol is also an active member at her local church ‘First Baptist Church of San Carlos’ and has regularly volunteered in projects for Second Harvest Food Banks, Operation Christmas Child, and volunteering at their Children’s Sunday School program. Born and raised in Hong Kong, a multicultural ‘melting pot’ as most would call the city, it was growing up in this diversified environment, which is very similar to the Bay Area, that Carol had learned to understand and respect different cultures from all over the world. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and she looks forward to applying her expertise and experience to help you streamline the process, with the focus to tailor a plan that meets your personal goals and situation, of marketing and selling your property, or to help you find your own special space to purchase or lease here in the Bay Area!
