He loved the idea of being able to provide a house for someone else while helping his clients purchase and sell houses here in Texas. Through House for a Home, they are able to build a house for someone for only 800 dollars in a third-world country! They currently are building homes in Kenya, and since 2016, they have been able to build over 170 homes! To raise the $800 for building a home, Bryson gives back part of his commission on each transaction. They track each donation so that they are able to present you as the new homeowners or seller with a picture of the family and home that you helped build through your transaction!
