As the Sales Director of the South Suburban Office in Pleasant Hills I make it clear that the most important part of our business is our team of agents. I am extremely proud to be part of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services and to be working with leaders in our industry to improve our value proposition both to our clients as well as our agents! In fact, my number-one priority is helping my agents live exceptional lives. One of the most interesting, and definitely most rewarding things I enjoy doing is coaching and mentoring some of the best Real Estate Agents I have ever met.

As an industry leading business coach, it is my utmost goal to work hand-in-hand, on a personal level, with the Agents on my team to help them achieve success! I am here to share my knowledge and technical skills, build trust, hold them accountable, provide positive reinforcement of ideas, as well as offering quality and timely communication as those are the cornerstones that I believe will propel them in this career. I feel that it is my DUTY to provide these to my agents!

I spent 27 years faithfully serving this great country in the United States Navy, working on and leading teams of men and women to both achieve our goals and enhance their careers. Now I am using those leadership skills; and combining them with our values of Leadership, Innovation, People, Value, Integrity, and Community to empower my team of agents to grow their business while providing them the exceptional customer service that our agents deserve.
