Ben has lived Seattle since 1999. Ben received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. As part of his undergraduate studies, Ben spent a year in Ecuador with a University of Washington Consortium program focusing on global and international . Upon graduation, Ben worked the nonprofit sector with predominantly Spanish speaking populations, assisting small businesses in Washington and Oregon grow their organizations while underwriting loans a non-profit bank. this role, Ben realized his passion entrepreneurial and enrolled Seattle University pursuit of a Masters Business Administration.
Upon graduating with his Masters in Business Administration, Ben worked six years as a program manager Seattle, where he managed teams of engineers ensure that facilities were able maximize technology decrease their energy consumption.
2011, Ben combined his background in business with his passion sustainable spaces and created a design-build residential construction company. Successfully integrated practices with craftsman details resulting in a portfolio of unique, energy-efficient, and innovative projects.
When Ben transitioned into real estate, it was because often times there was a disconnect between what clients want, and what they actually purchase. As many buyers are drawn to quick flips with trendy finishes, Ben’s mission is to capitalize on his extensive construction experience to win properties that are truly the best fit for his clients.
