Sam Kalbach is a licensed agent for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Wyomissing office. Sam is an expert in Berks County and surrounding areas, including Lancaster, Lehigh Chester and Schuylkill Counties.

Sam enjoys working with all types of clients, but especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. Superior customer service is his number one priority, which translates into a Realtor that is with you every step of the way through the entire real estate transaction.

Prior to real estate Sam enjoyed a long career in the construction industry, owner and operating his own successful business. This experience uniquely equips Sam with the expertise needed and strong work ethic required to work on behalf of his clients best interests.

Sam is an active member with the Masonic Fraternity, a Shriner and the happiest Clown with the Shriners. He is also a proud father and grandfather to two daugthers and two grandchildren, in addition to being happily married for almost three decades.
