This way you can take the time to read what you are signing and the significance of what you are signing. Also, to ensure a successful close and experience, I will guide you through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well explain the contracts, negotiate your offer, work with service providers, and remain calm under pressure.

A little about me: I've lived in the San Diego area since 1968, basically, a semi native of San Diego. Over the years, I have lived in many cities throughout San Diego and familiar with various neighborhoods, such as Chula Vista all the way to Rancho Penasquitos. I love San Diego!
