As a native of Falmouth, Massachusetts, I grew up in real estate. Selling 195+ properties worth over $72 million in value during the last 20 years. My grandfather, a first-generation American of Cape Verdean descent, owned and developed many properties in and around Falmouth, founding the first drywall company on Cape Cod.. My father carried on this tradition with a drywall company of his own and then building residential and commercial properties across Cape Cod. Growing up on job sites, I naturally gravitated toward real estate. First licensed as an agent in 2001, I started at Barret Real Estate and moved to RE/MAX Classic in Falmouth before obtaining my broker’s license and opening an office under my own name. Over the past 20 years, I have accumulated a broad background in all aspects of real estate, including: managing commercial and residential rentals; working foreclosures, short sales and other distressed properties; doing interior design for new construction; overseeing contractors; listing and selling waterfront properties; and helping established individuals and couples find that investment or vacation property. I obtained my Florida real estate license and joined RE/MAX Advantage Plus in 2021, bringing my lifetime of real estate experience to Palm Beach County.
