As the daughter of a 4th generation builder, it was only a matter of time until Matilda pursued real estate. After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University, she worked with her father at the Jersey Shore rebuilding homes after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. From there she taught 5th grade for five years and then found her passion for real estate in 2019. Together with her sister, April Pancoast, they started The Pancoast Yacka Group and joined Coldwell Banker Preferred.
