BACKGROUND Lisa Schwartz was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts and from New York School of Interior Design with a Masters of Interior Design. She began her career as a senior residential designer and project manager at Ingrao, Inc. in Manhattan. Driven by her love of architecture, interior design and the elements that make a “home,” Lisa was drawn to real estate and joined the Kim Haley team, which is in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker teams nationwide. Lisa lives with her husband and two children in Westfield and has an intimate knowledge of the community. She spends time exploring Westfield, Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Cranford, Mountainside and more for the needs of her clients. PHILOSOPHY As an agent, Lisa prides herself in going above and beyond for her clients in every aspect of the process to ensure they make the best decision with the minimum amount of anxiety. She understands from personal experience how life-changing but stressful buying a home can be. Lisa believes a house should do two things – provide an opportunity for investment and capital appreciation while also serving as a personal sanctuary or haven for the owner. To that end, her goal is always to deliver the highest quality service and enable buyers to seamlessly achieve their financial objectives by negotiating the best possible price and terms for a house that feels like home. RELATIONSHIPS Lisa is an adept listener who spends time with each client so they know she is there to support, help, and direct them through the process. Lisa often says that building long-standing relationships with her clients is the key to her huge success and it’s what makes her professional life so fulfilling.
