Personal BackgroundLisa began her Real Estate career in 1984 as a sales associate.. Within six months Lisa developed a program focusing on marketing techniques for older homes, this led her to the Luxury Home Market, where her focus has been for over 30 years.In 1989 Lisa was hired by Coldwell Banker to create a luxury-marketing program using “Previews” for the New York Metropolitan region. In addition to this role, Lisa began conducting educational seminars at various functions, such as Elite Retreat and the International Business conference. In 1989 Lisa was appointed Vice President of Previews. In 2000 Lisa accepted the position of Sales Manager for the newly acquired high profile “Riverside Shavell” office in Westport, an office that she has grown to over 100 Sales Associates, maintaining number one in market share and the number one office in the Connecticut New York markets for over ten years.A life-long Connecticut resident, Lisa lives Westport during the week and goes to her home in Durham Connecticut where she and her husband own an Equestrian facility; Rivendell Farm.net., where Lisa and her husband run a therapeutic riding program helping children and adults with physical, mental and social challenges.
