In today's fast moving society, it is so important that I understand all of the market trends, latest industry practices, and technological advancements that make my services "stand-out" in today's competitive real estate market place. This year alone, I have put in 80 hours of continuing real estate education to better serve you and our community.

• As a Coldwell Banker Burnet real estate agent, I will not only help you with professional coordination of home searches, property marketing, preparing forms, and coordination of closing details, but I also can offer you home financing through Guaranteed Rate Affinity, title insurance and closing through Burnet Title, rental services, and the services of NRT Insurance, and Burnet Relocation. Customers can also access Concierge services through the Home Resource Center.
• My past corporate background (23 years) as an owner of a Commercial Furniture business has given me extensive business experience in the real estate industry and for the consumer. I am highly motivated -- striving to always get the best results for my customer! I pay attention to detail and work well in a fast pace environment to provide timely, efficient and effective information to my client. Being a self starter - my strength lies in tenaciously seeing a transaction completed from start to finish! I pride myself in being a team player, building strong relationships, and working well with people to make each real estate transaction a total success.
• I'm very proud of our United States military services! I believe men and women who have put themselves in harms-way for our country and on a personal level - for my family and I - deserve people to step-up and give back to them. Having said that, I have furthered my education on how to help in providing the best service to them in the real estate industry. I'd be more than honored to work with any military personnel with their real estate needs!

Community Involvement

• I'm an active member and an energetic Ambassador of the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce in Stillwater, Minnesota.
• Beyond my dedication to the Chamber, I'm involved in Stillwater's Downtown Revitalization Committee; working directly with the Ambiance sub-committee to improve the beauty of our St. Croix Valley! We are currently gearing up for our historical bridge closing to turn into a new pedestrian/bike pathway -- connecting eastern MN and western WI to the MN Gateway Trail. This is an exciting time for Stillwater and surrounding areas! It's been a pleasure to serve on this committee with the city council, local business owners, and concerned citizens.
• I've also been involved with the Stillwater Women Business Bridge Networking Group, the Stillwater Independent Business Alliance and the Stillwater Convention and Visitors Bureau -- working as a volunteer at events to make the St. Croix Valley a greater place to live and visit!
• Coldwell Banker Burnet works very hard in helping raise awareness and funding for charitable events in the communities they serve. As an on-going volunteer, I think it is important to improve the quality of life in communities throughout our local areas and as a result have helped and supported many charitable events such as Grace Place, Ronald McDonald House, and fund raising events.

Personal Background

• I have lived in the St. Croix Valley area for the last 30 years and prior to that lived in Roseville, MN. As a child growing up, my father was a builder and realtor for over 60 years, this exposed me to the real estate industry all my life. His dedication and love for the industry gave me great ambitions and a strong work-ethic to be like him. He is and always will be my special mentor.
• One of my passions is interior design. Over the last 30 years I've been working with people to make their homes and offices look and feel better. I love the quote, "A home is not a place, but a feeling." I have had the opportunity to renovate several homes and also have built several homes from start to finish for my family and have worked with other homeowners providing home interior services. In the real estate business - it is a real asset to my clients.
• My two children are away in college, resulting in an opening of time to devote to my business, friends and community work.
• I enjoy taking adventurous trips! I have had the opportunity to see many parts of the world in my lifetime - my favorite being Bermuda.
• The arts are a great passion of mine! The Twin Cities provides a wealth of culture in the arts and entertainment world that is not to be taken for granted. Going to the theater is my all time favorite.
• I love to be physically active - whether it's biking, jogging or just getting a good work out at the gym. I find it's not only good for the body but is good for the mind and soul.
