Whether you are a first time home buyer or seller or experienced in real estate, guiding you through the buying or selling process is my role and I take the time to ensure you understand every step of the transaction. Both buying and selling is a big financial decision and I take my clients and their needs and wants seriously.
From older established neighborhoods to newer developments; from townhomes to multi-family properties and land; from urban settings to rural settings, and across all price ranges, I enjoy all aspects of real estate!
I have a deep understanding for military life. Growing up as a Navy daughter I experienced the unpacking and packing, new friends and schools, the need for support and understanding. I am lucky to have parents that instilled hard work ethic, integrity and compassion towards others into my upbringing.
My previous role as a project manager here in Colorado Springs set up a perfect platform for my dynamic career in real estate. My ownership of sales and marketing, customer service and retention, budgeting, and contract management all are daily concepts in real estate.
We all know that all work and no play is nearly impossible here with our average 360 days of sunny weather. I take full advantage of the open space/trails, while also taking in the vivid local community atmosphere including events, festivals, local art and culture, and a variety of dining experiences. Giving back to the community is important to me, so I volunteer regularly!
