Born and raised in the city of Melbourne Florida, Kaila grew up along the beaches of the Space Coast watching space shuttles and rockets launch out over the Atlantic Ocean, feeling the rumble of their sonic boom as they left earth. She loves her smart, sassy little Golden Collie, Gidget - more than she knows what to do with – whose unhealthy furry obsession with Frisbees, bike rides, and the B-word (code for beach) will have her tail wagging till the sun goes down. In Kaila’s spare time, you can find her combing the sandy shores for treasures and sea glass but when it’s the seas that are glassy and the waves that are pumping, you won’t find her toes anywhere but on the salty wax surface of her pumpkin orange longboard. Surfing endless waves from sunrise to sunset. When she’s not surfing or searching for sea glass, she’s out enjoying Florida’s other tropical vibes whether it be fishing alligator ponds, dirt biking through palm trees, or kicking back on a boat with friends and manatees in the Indian River Lagoon, she can’t help but feel like one of the lucky ones to live in a place where blue skies and sunshine visit almost every day of the year. When she was 22 years old, she purchased her first home and is what sparked her real estate career. In November of 2015, she received her [Real Estate License]. In the beginning the struggle was real, but she fought through thick and thin for it and continues to take on all the curveballs real estate has to offer. She learns and grows more and more every day into the realtor she wants to become, facing and overcoming all the obstacles in her path. She’s not one to back down or give up and will be right there with her clients at every twist, turn, and drop of the rollercoaster ride that is buying and selling a home. So that by the end, her clients are the ones left with a smile they can't ignore and Kaila hates rollercoasters.
