I am Jamuna "Jam" Sukumar, a long-time Irvine resident that enjoys helping the community. I received my degree in Computer Science and had been working in the IT field for over 15 years before I felt that I wanted more fulfillment in my career. My drive for helping others was the primary motivation for switching from the IT field to real estate- where I can bring happiness to those looking to find their next home, whether to buy, sell, or lease. I spend a lot of my time volunteering and giving back. Whether it’s helping out the teachers at my son’s school, volunteering at senior homes in Orange County, or leading recycling fundraising projects to fund various projects for children/seniors in need- my passion is helping others in all facets of my life. Having raised my family in Irvine, and has spent a quarter-century in Orange County, I have witnessed the changes in our neighborhoods and the fast and booming development. Orange County is near and dear to my heart and is truly a wonderful community. Community is important to me and helping you find your community is my goal. As a Realtor, my goal is to make my clients happy and provide a satisfactory transition.
