About Darcey Saner I didnโt choose Real Estate as a career, it chose me. When I bought my first house I had to rent out 2 rooms to pay the mortgage. I quickly figured out how to leverage my money and had that house paid off, $159K, in 3 years. My first investment property was a year later. Today I own 8 properties. 5 are paid for free and clear. I got my Real Estate license simply to buy/sell my own properties. I never intended it to turn into a career. When I met the broker where I wanted to hang my license, I was asked to work full-time. Wow! Didnโt see that coming. I gave my 2 week notice and jumped in. 3 days later I had my first client. 30 days later I closed my first deal.
